the gift of candy

this was actually a yearbook assignment to take a shot that represents "community" . the lollipops are sold throughout our school to benefit many different charities.

i think i captured the whole sense of " giving" by positioning the girl's hands like that.

photoshopped like that because this is our first color yearbook and this illustrates the change from color to black and white.

we actually tooke this shot outside in cloudy ohio weather. so when i was working in it in photoshop, i cut out the background which was pavement and made it a simple black, which i think works better than streaks of white and yellow over asphalt.
